Farzana Bari (PhD) is a widely-respected human rights activist and university professor at the Quaid-e-Azam University in Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Bari’s impressive career includes being the Director, Manager, Women’s Rights Activist and Head of the Gender Studies Department at QAU.
She is an authority on women’s rights and has been actively involved in raising awareness about crimes against women, particularly concerning honor killings and the Hudood Ordinance.
