Through intimate storytelling, expert commentary, and expressive healing practices, the film amplifies voices often silenced in healthcare systems, urging a cultural shift toward equity, empathy, and empowerment for Black women’s health and healing.

Consuela Chapman, LCSW, is an award-winning psychotherapist and social wellness leader dedicated to destigmatizing mental health through culturally responsive care and expressive arts. As the founder of Choices In Wellness PLLC, she empowers communities to heal, thrive, and reclaim their voices. From planning to post-production, her focus is clear: to tell stories with meaning, sensitivity, and visual power.
