OUR WORK
- By increasing much needed participation of women and girls in film, our programs empower and support women filmmakers and changemakers to share their stories.
- By increasing diverse, inclusive representations of women and girls and their stories, we raise awareness on and facilitate conversations about specific issues and solutions pertaining to women’s rights around the world.
FROM EMPATHY TO ACTION
- To achieve real, sustainable gender equality, change needs to happen first in people’s minds. We need to challenge gender-based stereotypes once and for all. In our work, we rely on film to reach global audiences and share stories with them, including the complex or difficult ones.
- Anybody can take part whether by making a film on an issue they care about, educating themselves through social-change films, or even organizing a screening with their friends, family or communities and starting a conversation.
